Project Overview
In 2020, the Areté Engineers team provided structural engineering and construction drawings for the framing and foundation of the single-family residence shown below. The residence consists of approximately 3,201 square feet of heated floor space, with an additional 2,894 square feet of floor space ancillary (garage, decks, etc.). This beautiful home is located in the Blue Ridge Mountain Club in Boone, North Carolina. Architectural design and drawings were provided by Marland Architecture prior to the start of structural engineering.
