Project Overview
Bridge was constructed using recycled beams from a decommissioned NCDOT steel stringer bridge. The top chord is constructed from I-beams which were cut to form WT shapes. Special design considerations were incorporated to adequately brace the top flange using the floor beams and vertical member.
